3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 711be Platform is intended solely for players physically located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Account Registration. To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and other details as requested. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one active 711be account. 711be reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any winnings obtained through such accounts.
4.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 711be login credentials, including your password and one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 711be shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 711be account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact 711be support immediately.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 711be reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered contact number.
5.1 Deposits. Deposits to your 711be account may be made using approved payment methods, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 711be does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered in your name.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 711be targets the following processing times: GCash and Maya — 30 to 60 minutes; bank transfers — 2 to 6 business hours. These are target times and are not guaranteed.
5.3 KYC Verification. Withdrawal processing requires completion of KYC verification. 711be reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as required by PAGCOR regulations or anti-money laundering obligations.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the 711be Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 711be does not accept foreign currency deposits.
5.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider while having active funds or pending withdrawals with 711be constitutes a breach of these Terms. 711be reserves the right to close the account and pursue recovery of any disputed amounts.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible 711be players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, or shared device.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
6.3 Expiry. Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
6.4 Abuse. 711be reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms. This includes, without limitation, using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or participating in syndicated wagering activities.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 711be Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 711be reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Wins generated as a result of a game malfunction are void.
7.3 Results. The results produced by 711be's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and live dealer operations are final. 711be will not reverse valid game results.
7.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are offered subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, which are accessible within the sportsbook interface. 711be reserves the right to void bets where an obvious error in odds has occurred.

11.3 In no event shall 711be's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of real money funds held in your 711be account at the time the claim arose.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 711be's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 711be's negligence.
711be collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 711be Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
711be will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC verification providers as required by law or for the purpose of providing the Platform services.
13.1 By 711be. 711be reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory obligation. In the event of termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited.
13.2 By You. You may request closure of your 711be account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall survive.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 711be's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or the appropriate Philippine courts.
